Motor-maker launches product-sourcing service
Parvalux, the Bournemouth-based manufacturer of AC and DC geared motors, has launched a service to source and supply related products for its customers. It has set up a network of suppliers to provide all of the items on a bill of material.
The aim of the Parvalux Plus service is to save customers time and money, while providing them with peace of mind by offering quality products. Parvalux is promising to respond to all enquiries within 24 hours to help customers find the right products.
It won’t be listing Parvalux Plus items on its Web site, because each query will start a consultative process, including technical advice. A separate quote will be generated per item on a bill of materials but, if preferred, a single invoice will be raised.
“Parvalux Plus will give customers full confidence in each component of their order,” says business development manager, Martin Langridge. “The products supplied meet the high quality standards that Parvalux is known for.”
