Power Jacks moves 40km to new headquarters

The Scottish actuation and jacking specialist Power Jacks has moved its headquarters from Fraserburgh to new purpose-built premises in Balmacassie, about 40km away. All of the staff from Fraserburgh are remaining with the company. The new 13,152m2 site (shown below) includes a 3,716m2 manufacturing and assembly facility and warehousing, and 930m2 of office space.

“We are sad to be moving away from Fraserburgh,” says managing director, Bruce Bultitude. “However, our facility there was compromising our growth objectives.” He adds that the new location should help to overcome recruitment issues that the company had faced in recent years.
