Denison buys Valmet hydraulic motors for £10.5m
Denison International is buying Valmet Hydraulics from Finland`s Metso Corporation for around £10.5m - the same figure as Valmet`s sales last year. Valmet employs 112 people in Finland making hydraulic motors mainly for mobile agricultural and forestry machines. Metso, created last year by the merger of Rauma and the Valmet Corporation, is now focussing on the process industries.Related stories
